A journey
to trust.

We seek out, witness, map and connect trusted practitioners and wisdom-keepers with the hosts, hotels, companies and communities ready to meet them.

Acupuncture, osteopathy, watsu, craniosacral therapy, temazcal, somatic experiencing: there have never been more practices and practitioners to guide us on a journey back to ourselves. Knowing who to trust is the hard part.

We do the vetting, so the quest can go deeper.

What we believe

We believe in a world where trust is earned through experience, not performance.

We aim to make that possible by seeking out, witnessing and mapping the world’s trusted practitioners and wisdom-keepers, and making their practices accessible to anyone curious to explore.

Stories

Extraordinary humans,
in their own worlds.

We go and see for ourselves. Our films follow practitioners at work and people discovering their practices, so you can see what a session feels like before you ever book one.

Experiences

Carefully chosen experiences, wherever you are.

Time to rest, reconnect, celebrate and explore, with practitioners we have vetted, at a hotel for its guests, at an offsite for a team, or at home for a celebration.

The trust layer

Our journey, before yours.

Every practitioner goes through the same vetting: six published criteria and someone from our circle trying their work. Only then is a practitioner Fully Vetted.

No one pays their way in

Practitioners never pay to be listed.
Our only interest is getting it right for you.

No algorithm decides

No rankings, ratings or follower counts.
People, not feeds, decide who is in the Index.

We go and witness

We look beyond a following, to how someone listens, responds and holds the space.

Are you a practitioner?

No one pays their way into the Index.

We find practitioners through people whose judgement we trust, and by going to see their work. If you would like us to know about yours, tell us about your practice.
